📋 Description

• Gather and document business requirements related to payroll, time management, attendance, and absence tracking. • Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Time Tracking solutions. • Configure work schedules, holiday calendars, time recording profiles, time valuations, and absence types. • Support payroll processing requirements including wage types, payroll calculations, retroactivity, and payroll validation. • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll and time tracking configuration issues. • Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Support data validation, payroll reconciliation, and issue resolution activities. • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to ensure successful solution delivery. • Assist with integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party payroll, timekeeping, or ERP systems. • Create functional specifications, configuration documentation, and test scripts. • Provide production support and resolve user-reported issues. • Recommend process improvements and SuccessFactors best practices. • Support system upgrades, releases, and enhancement projects. • Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll-related regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and/or Time Tracking • Experience configuring payroll and time management solutions within SuccessFactors • Understanding of payroll, timekeeping, attendance, absence management, and workforce management processes • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions • Experience supporting testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and project deliverables • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
