📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls and provide an exceptional customer experience • Explain 1-800-GOT-JUNK? services and how the company removes customers’ unwanted items • Answer questions about services, service areas, availability, pickup timing, and pricing • Convert customer inquiries into bookings for trucks to collect items • Complete fully paid virtual training • Join a team led by a team leader for ongoing support, learning, and development • Work a five-days-on, two-days-off schedule • Be available to work between 07:00 and 19:00 EDT, including weekends when needed • Handle inbound calls only; no cold calling

🎯 Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in Canada and residing in Ontario • Perfectly bilingual in French and English • Available for training during the first three weeks, 10:00–18:30 Monday to Friday (EDT) • Friendly telephone manner • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to learn new technologies • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute • Quiet home workspace • Fast and reliable internet connection • Computer with at least 8 GB of memory • Wired Ethernet connection required • Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, call centers, or other relevant experience is a plus
