📋 Description

• Develop data visualizations, dashboards, executive briefings, analytical presentations, and summary reports • Communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership through clear visual products, concise written analysis, and actionable recommendations • Conduct benchmarking studies based on industry standards • Support federal HR, law enforcement, or workforce modernization projects • Prepare analytical reports and present findings to senior leadership • Provide data analysis, workforce analytics, or HR analytics support for potential future federal government contract opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor�s degree in Statistics, Data Science, or related field • 5+ years in data analysis, workforce analytics, or HR analytics • Demonstrated experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, executive briefings, analytical presentations, and summary reports using commonly available business intelligence, spreadsheet, or presentation tools • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership using clear visual products, concise written analysis, and actionable recommendations • Experience conducting benchmarking studies and developing actionable recommendations based on industry standards • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing analytical reports and presenting findings to senior leadership • Demonstrated experience supporting federal HR, law enforcement, or workforce modernization projects of similar size and complexity • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, or Government-approved equivalent tools • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security check • U.S. Citizen • Candidates must complete an online application, submit a resume or CV, cover letter, and proof of educational qualifications
