📋 Description

• Provide advanced analytical and technical data-management support for THEEB evaluation activities • Lead complex qualitative and quantitative analyses • Develop, integrate, clean, validate, and analyze evaluation datasets • Apply analytic methods to examine relationships between implementation processes and program outcomes • Support APR and performance measurement data extraction • Analyze DPRP encounter data • Integrate ADA/ADCES data and national-level secondary data • Conduct cross-site comparisons and mixed-methods analysis • Develop reproducible analytic processes, technical documentation, data-quality products, analytic summaries, and recommendations for program improvement • Provide expert advice and consultation on public health research and evaluation • Provide direction and guidance on critical and complex scientific issues • Coordinate program evaluations and recommend improvements • Communicate findings and recommendations through presentations, reports, briefings, and technical memoranda • Represent the agency and assigned program or project areas and advise program administrators, community members, and public health organizations

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance • Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, data science, health informatics, or a related scientific or analytical field • Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in public health analytics, evaluation, data management, biostatistics, epidemiology, or a related field • Advanced knowledge of public health research and evaluation principles, concepts, methods, and techniques • Advanced knowledge of methods, applications, and technology applicable to complex public health data analysis • Ability to conduct complex qualitative and quantitative analytical studies and interpret results • Experience with implementation-related measures and linking implementation variables to outcomes • Experience analyzing and integrating mixed-methods data • Experience developing structured analytic datasets, harmonizing variables, conducting data cleaning and validation, and documenting data-quality issues and corrective actions • Experience integrating and analyzing multiple data sources, including secondary and national-level datasets • Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly in written reports, presentations, briefings, and technical memoranda • Knowledge of rules, procedures, and principles governing intramural and extramural program development, monitoring, and evaluation • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, and SharePoint • Experience using and managing CDC administrative systems, including Human Subjects, OMB, IRB, and E-Clearance • Previous experience working with government procedures and guidelines • Ability to successfully complete any government-required background investigation or security clearance, if applicable to the task order
