📋 Description

• Conduct alert testing and calibration, including Above-the-Line and Below-the-Line analysis • Evaluate alert thresholds and criteria and identify potential improvement opportunities • Work with Supervision subject matter experts to understand alert objectives, business rules, supervisory considerations, and historical outcomes • Determine required data and work with SMEs, data owners, and technology partners to obtain it • Use SQL to extract, prepare, combine, and analyze data from AWS Redshift and other approved data sources • Identify trends, anomalies, concentrations, and other meaningful insights in Supervision data • Investigate drivers of analytical results • Present clear findings and potential recommendations to SMEs and stakeholders • Evaluate data quality, investigate inconsistencies or gaps, assess their impact, and recommend improvements • Use approved AI-assisted and other analytical tools to support data exploration and analysis while validating results • Develop reports, presentations, and visualizations using Qlik Sense and other visualization tools • Apply analytical, data, and problem-solving skills to evolving projects and business questions • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics or related field (Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance) and three (3) years of professional experience, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, certifications and/or training • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience using SQL to query, join, aggregate, prepare, and analyze data • Experience with AWS Redshift or a similar data platform is preferred • Experience working with data from multiple sources and translating analytical results into clear business insights • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Experience developing clear and professional PowerPoint presentations • Experience with Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools is preferred • Experience using Python, Pandas, Jupyter notebooks, or similar tools is a plus • Experience using AI-assisted tools for data analysis, exploration, and insight development is preferred • Knowledge of financial services, wealth management, supervision, compliance, risk management, or related areas is preferred but not required • Ability to work effectively with SMEs, data owners, and technology partners • Ability to communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt as projects and business needs emerge • Licenses/certifications demonstrating knowledge or expertise in data analytics and/or business intelligence software are preferred
