📋 Description

• Partner with operations leadership, hospital administrators, and regional directors to develop and maintain hospital-level financial plans aligned with contractual obligations and staffing expectations • Lead the development of financial models and variance reporting tools to improve accuracy, transparency, and profitability tracking • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to strengthen hospital relationships and operational efficiency • Collaborate with corporate FP&A and executive leadership to ensure forecasting and budget alignment with corporate financial objectives • Prepare and deliver financial presentations and dashboards showcasing OBHG’s value proposition to healthcare partners • Conduct financial performance reviews, identify improvement opportunities, and drive cost optimization strategies • Partner cross-functionally on data analytics, reporting automation, and process improvement initiatives • Lead or contribute to special projects, financial due diligence, and strategic planning efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management • 5–10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or corporate finance, preferably within the healthcare or hospital operations sector • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills with a business partnering mindset • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence operations strategy and financial outcomes • High integrity, strong attention to detail, and data accuracy focus • Preferred: Master’s Degree (MBA) or CPA certification • Preferred: 10+ years of high-level healthcare analytics or hospital FP&A experience • Preferred: Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, ERP systems, or enterprise reporting tools • Preferred: Demonstrated success improving P&L performance, margin analysis, and contract profitability
