📋 Description

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications and requirements • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and end-user satisfaction • Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues • Create and optimize technical documentation to support process improvement and cross-functional alignment • Drive knowledge sharing across teams • Develop skills and competencies in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements • Travel nationally for on-site Go-Live support or training as required • Participate in virtual meetings with camera enabled

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a certified Epic Willow Ambulatory Applications Analyst • Minimum 3 years of build experience • Epic certification in Willow Ambulatory required • Willow Inventory certification preferred • Willow Ambulatory install experience highly preferred • Work history in Healthcare IT required • Integrity and accountability • Process- and detail-oriented approach with data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Strong organizational and project management skills • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Successful completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required before hire
