📋 Description

• Administer and maintain compensation programs, salary structures, pay ranges, and job evaluation processes • Support annual compensation planning, including merit, market, and promotional increase reviews • Partner with leaders to evaluate compensation recommendations and align them with compensation philosophy and budget guidelines • Assist with spot awards, bonus program administration, and recognition programs • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using compensation surveys and external labor market data • Analyze market competitiveness and recommend pay positioning • Support development and maintenance of salary ranges and compensation structures • Support compliance with federal, state, and local pay regulations • Assist with audits and compensation-related reporting requirements • Maintain compensation documentation, procedures, and governance practices • Advise People & Culture partners and business leaders on compensation matters • Provide guidance on job evaluations, internal equity, and compensation practices • Support organizational design and workforce planning through compensation analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3+ years of compensation-related experience strongly preferred • Experience conducting market pricing and compensation analysis strongly preferred • Experience with Pave.com or Salary.com market analysis tools strongly preferred • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills • Experience with compensation surveys and market-pricing methodologies • Ability to analyze complex datasets and draw meaningful conclusions • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels • Experience with HRIS and reporting platforms preferred • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification preferred
