📋 Description

• Configure and support clinical applications within Epic EHR software for Acute Care member clinics • Consult with members to provide accurate, secure, and efficient patient-care and provider-workflow solutions • Perform routine build and configuration in Epic and related products • Provide Level 2 technical support for ancillary integrated products • Collect and resolve issues and coordinate with the Help Desk on JIRA resolution • Support vendor-call agendas and represent OCHIN from a technical perspective • Contribute to the Member Care Team support model • Lead working sessions with OCHIN members to resolve advanced integration work orders and support issues • Discuss workflow solutions and provide hands-on system training • Document build specifications, team processes, and complex clinic workflows • Quality-assure complex builds, Service Update modifications, and other work orders • Collaborate with other OCHIN teams to address integration issues • Provide elbow support during Go-Lives and Mock clinics • Lead trainings and member workgroups • Mentor, coach, and train less experienced analysts • Develop and share workflow best practices • Travel for new-member off-site Go-Live software installations as needed • Provide inpatient clinic support, including potential after-hours/on-call support • Assist Project Managers in identifying system capabilities • Build, design, test, and document functionality of new system features • Improve processes within the application or team • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Epic Certification in ClinDoc and Stork is required • Build experience in Epic is required • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant role • 3–5 years of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst preferred/ideal • Minimum of 2 years of build experience • Experience with full-cycle implementation build highly desired • Work history in Healthcare IT is required • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or a combination of college education and 5–7 years of relevant experience • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required before hire • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High Speed Internet Service • Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace • Ability to travel up to 25% nationally for on-site Go-Live support
