📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion • Align timelines, priorities, and outcomes with organizational goals • Manage resources and workload while balancing competing priorities • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones • Facilitate communication for diverse audiences and provide project updates • Guide stakeholders through project risks and decisions • Collaborate with members, teams, and vendors to resolve challenges • Foster mutual accountability and successful project outcomes • Analyze opportunities for improvement and optimize processes • Promote best practices and drive continuous improvement across teams, projects, and solutions • Support scoping and execution of Epic implementations, enhancements, third-party vendor implementations, and internal initiatives • Consult senior leadership and gather and analyze data for potential integrations • Support efficient delivery of integrated products and services • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, business analysis, or technical solution roles preferred • Experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects, preferably in healthcare, IT, or a related field preferred • Familiarity with Epic or other EHR systems, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is a plus • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification preferred • Epic certification or healthcare-related credentials such as Lean or Six Sigma are a plus but not required • Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High-speed internet service • Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace • COVID-19 vaccination required, or approved medical/religious exemption before hire date • Willingness and ability to travel nationally, up to 20% for on-site Go Live support based on business requirements
