📋 Description

• Assess learning needs and support feedback loops • Develop curriculum and audit KPIs and delivery metrics • Provide input and support recommendations for improvements within the Learning Division • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate learning sessions for members • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Learning Experience curricula, including multi-day bootcamps, full- and part-day webinars, and autodidactic curricula • Work with health center teams on assigned projects to refine their Learning/Training Team and implement best-practice concepts • Design, develop, and implement member assessments and consultations around Learning/Training performance • Evaluate needs to identify improvement opportunities and possible solutions • Coordinate member consultations, including meeting logistics, member communications, meeting content, and follow-up • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals • Travel nationally for on-site Go-Live support or training as required

🎯 Requirements

• Strong consulting, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences preferred • Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, particularly Epic and NextGen • Epic Cogito Fundamentals Certification required • Experience or familiarity with Clarity data model, Caboodle data model, Cogito Tools Administration, Cogito Principal Trainer work, SQL, and Epic-based report writing preferred • Experience leading or co-facilizing learning environments • Experience working with or within Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) or Acute Care Healthcare Centers preferred • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment required before the team interview • Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High Speed Internet Service • Requirement to work in a distraction free workplace • COVID-19 vaccination required as a condition of employment
