📋 Description

• Providing revenue cycle management and account management to OCHIN Billing Services (OBS) member clients. • Maintaining, building, and servicing accounts and relationships. • Understanding and communicating information regarding revenue cycle management and OCHIN key performance indicators. • Delivering high-quality customer service and support members’ financial health.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 Years of experience in billing and / or coding revenue cycle experience preferred. • Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, MVA, Workers Comp and private insurance billing and reimbursement processes, legal requirements knowledge preferred. • FQHC Experience and knowledge preferred. • Medical Billing Certification from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), preferred. • Experience working in EPICs Resolute system Required. • For Acute Care hospital work, rural hospital experience is required.
