📋 Description

• Design high-performance systems that power a nationwide marketplace • Build high-impact features using Python and Django • Own stack reliability through sophisticated automated testing • Lead high-level code reviews and resolve complex technical bottlenecks • Partner across teams to turn product visions into reality • Mentor rising talent and establish engineering excellence • Architect scalable systems for dealer and lending services • Build infrastructure powering dealership financing transactions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering high-impact software at scale • Deep proficiency in at least one high-level language: Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript • Versatility to adapt across the stack • Experience designing and implementing end-to-end technical solutions for complex business problems • Ability to work in high-trust, cross-functional environments • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with full accountability for project outcomes • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for engineers and stakeholders • Experience leveling up junior talent through engineering best practices • Experience developing with AI systems • BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
