📋 Description

• Work with the internal Odyssey team to put forward conversion-focused creative assets, including emails, banner ads, display images, GIFs, videos, and more • Create or manage content production for social channels, blogs, emails, landing pages, and offline advertising material • Work with external resources to produce video assets, including social cutdowns and iterative video deliverables • Design and implement email templates for marketing and transactional emails • Create or oversee display ads for digital campaigns • Design and execute landing pages and website iterations to improve conversion and marketing KPI optimization • Assist with website or mobile app design projects, including sourcing animations, content, and other design elements • Implement design needs for Odyssey clients’ marketing calendars, especially promotional and product launch periods

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent preferred • At least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing or ad operations role • Experience driving projects forward in digital tactics including websites, paid media, apps, and email is strongly encouraged • US-based • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
