📋 Description

• Write, review, and validate prompt-based questions designed to train AI • Ensure prompts and responses reflect real-world graphic and UI design processes • Help shape how AI understands and simulates multimodal visual-design workflows • Participate in an AI interview about creative workflows, user experience planning, and systemic design thinking • Share your screen and walk through a design showcasing design fundamentals and aesthetic • Submit a portfolio for evaluation • Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Over 1+ years of experience in graphic or UI design • Bachelor's degree in design or a related field • Currently based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, UK, or Australia • Strong background creating high-quality visual designs, including websites/apps and brand/marketing assets • Unique aesthetic sensibility • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Exposure to LLMs and GenAI prompting • Excellent visual design experience, skills, and a portfolio • Not a UX-design-only background; applicants should have graphic or UI visual design experience • Must be able to complete a desktop/laptop screen-sharing task and participate in the AI interview • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
