📋 Description

• Own FastTrack's vision and roadmap across multiple releases • Define roadmap tradeoffs and connect capabilities to concrete delivery outcomes • Ship core features end to end, including transcript-to-requirements generation, automated data modeling, interactive demo builds, platform automation, and automated test execution • Partner with Engineering, Delivery, and Salesforce practice leads to standardize AI workflows • Package successful workflows into repeatable offerings • Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, PRDs, user stories, and release cycles • Drive post-launch adoption account by account • Use feedback from Offprem consultants and delivery leads to improve the internal product • Help accelerate Salesforce cloud implementations for clients through the FastTrack platform

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field • Solid understanding of AI capabilities, prompt logic, and agentic workflows • Practical knowledge of Salesforce Product Clouds, including Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Core CRM • Knowledge of Salesforce implementation lifecycles • 3+ years of Agile product management experience driving internal tools, B2B SaaS, or low-code platforms • Strong track record translating user or consultant pain points into technical specifications and scalable features • Excellent cross-functional communication and data-driven prioritization skills • Salesforce certifications will be verified during the application process • Candidates may be asked to validate technical knowledge, experience, education, and certifications through structured assessment and credential verification prior to hire
