📋 Description

• Combine user experience, healthcare operations business acumen, and technology expertise to create and deliver innovative products and business intelligence solutions • Develop value-driven analytics supporting data-driven decisions across the cost and quality continuum • Manage analytics portfolios covering ambulatory quality, risk-based contract analytics, total cost of care, population health, and service line and specialty analytics • Apply product development best practices within an agile framework • Support data collection, client-facing reporting, and use of standard and emerging analytic tools and technologies • Collaborate with business departments inside and outside the Providence Analytics Center of Excellence • Serve as the primary liaison and relationship manager with business partners and stakeholders • Ensure stakeholder engagement and communication, address issues, and align product business strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent education/experience • 5 years of progressively increasing management-level experience in project, program, product and/or people management, focused on data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, data science, platform development, or related management • 5 years of familiarity with analytics tools, platforms, and languages such as SQL, ADO, Tableau, and Power BI • Master’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent education/experience preferred • 5 years of experience working with healthcare data and healthcare operations preferred • Knowledge of industry frameworks in the applicable domain preferred
