📋 Description

• Oversee the Contractor Payments Team that processes contractor payroll (settlements) • Direct payroll procedures to ensure timely and accurate completion and fund disbursement • Maintain strong client relationships and serve as an escalation point for client payroll matters • Manage day-to-day team operations and monitor client payroll submissions • Train, lead, mentor, and coach team members • Conduct one-on-ones, set performance measures, and conduct performance reviews • Perform quality assurance reviews of processed payroll and configured deductions • Identify root causes and implement corrective actions to reduce errors • Optimize payroll processes and lead initiatives to improve efficiency • Support transitions between implementation and the payroll team • Maintain knowledge base content and encourage user adoption • Collaborate with Client Services, Strategic Account Management, Accounting, Product, Engineering, clients, and executives • Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports • Oversee accounts receivable invoicing and lead collection efforts on outstanding balances

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or comparable job experience • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel) • Knowledge of payroll and accounting processes, including wage and hour principles • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices • 2+ years of software account management experience • 3+ years of front-line management experience • Communication (written and verbal) skills • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills • Customer focus and quality focus • Teamwork and accountability
