• Analyze and document current business processes and workflows • Identify system requirements and translate them into detailed specifications • Design and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and user experience • Provide advanced support for Epic, Workday, UKG, and other applications • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system upgrades and patches • Integrate healthcare applications across the IT portfolio with other IT systems • Manage smaller projects related to system implementations and upgrades • Lead project teams using project management methodologies • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes • Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices • Ensure seamless integration between healthcare applications • Manage data integrity and security across systems • Perform data analysis and generate reports as needed • Liaise with managed service providers, vendors, and operational leadership • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues • Support safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required • In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in system analysis and support within a healthcare environment • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in system analysis and support within a healthcare environment • Extensive experience with Epic, Workday, and UKG applications • Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams • Experience with system integration and data migration projects • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience liaising with managed service providers, vendors, and operational leadership • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies • ITIL Foundation certification desired, not required • Certifications in relevant technologies such as Epic, Workday, Microsoft, or UKG • Advanced degree in a related field is a plus • Experience in a large healthcare system or hospital setting • Experience with other healthcare applications and systems • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure • Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools
