📋 Description
• Design, build, test, deploy, and support Epic applications • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize clinical and operational workflows • Manage service requests and incidents while meeting SLAs • Lead smaller projects and mentor junior analysts
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • 5-7 years of experience in system analysis and support within a healthcare environment • Experience with Epic applications and healthcare workflows • Strong requirements gathering and workflow design skills • Familiarity with ITIL and project methodologies • Current Epic Certification preferred
