📋 Description

• Assist with technical documentation • Contribute to the weekly IT departmental newsletter • Maintain internal websites • Support operational and project work • Develop materials supporting systems changes, downtimes, new technologies, upgrades, and security notifications • Work with a cross-functional team focused on change management, user experience, training, business analysis, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled in, on vacation from, or otherwise registered in an undergraduate program with a minimum of 6 credit hours, or a graduate program with a minimum of 4.5 credit hours • Understanding of the fundamentals of technical documentation and user-focused design • General familiarity with web design and website platforms • Attention to detail • Ability to meet deadlines • Strong writing and editing skills • Students are expected to work 10–15 hours per week during regular office hours, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:30pm, with a set schedule for each term
