📋 Description

• Develop and implement regional P2P expansion strategies for sustainable and stable business growth • Monitor regional regulatory developments and assess their impact on P2P business models • Adjust market strategy based on competitive landscape and market shifts • Design and optimize merchant onboarding, segmentation, and incentive structures • Engage key merchants to ensure liquidity depth and spread competitiveness • Improve completion rate, trading efficiency, and dispute resolution performance • Develop structured frameworks for regional merchant operations • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on P2P transaction workflows and feature design • Provide feedback on product gaps, user pain points, and regional behavioral differences • Improve end-to-end operational efficiency across order flow, payment processing, and dispute handling • Monitor core P2P KPIs, including volume, active users, merchant depth, spreads, completion rate, and dispute rate • Conduct data analysis and anomaly detection to identify growth bottlenecks and risk patterns • Track competitor strategies and propose strategic responses

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in platform operations; crypto / Web3 experience strongly preferred • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on P2P operations experience in overseas markets • Experience at major exchanges • Strong understanding of P2P liquidity dynamics and spread formation • Strong understanding of regional payment systems (bank transfers, local e-wallets, alternative rails) • Proven ability to adapt operational strategy based on market and competitive changes • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills • Fluent in English • Preferred: Experience managing regional teams, community contributors, or local operators • Preferred: Strong understanding of overseas P2P fraud patterns and payment risks • Preferred: Ability to independently articulate structural differences between regional P2P markets
