📋 Description

• Provide multidisciplinary design services for large hyperscale and colocation data centers throughout the U.S. • Work collaboratively on complex, multi-disciplinary civil design projects • Work closely with licensed engineers on plans and calculations • Produce sheets and develop detailed drawings and models • Independently design utilities and surfaces under Engineer oversight • Use Civil 3D and CAD software to create accurate and efficient design solutions • Design Pipe Networks, Pressure Pipe Networks, Surfaces containing Corridors, and Feature Lines • Work on data center campus projects ranging from roughly 20 to 200+ acres

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills • Ability to contribute and work well on a team • 8 or more years of expertise in drafting and design • Experience in surface creation, analysis, utility design, and BIM coordination • Proficiency in Civil 3D software • Associate’s degree in drafting or related field preferred
