📋 Description

• Run demo appointments booked for you by our Territory Development Partners — warm, qualified, and expecting your call • Build rapport with small-business owners, understand what they’re trying to grow, and show them how Omada gets them there • Handle objections, create urgency, and close on the call — including collecting payment upfront • Hit a weekly close target (this is a high-velocity, transactional motion — short cycles, real volume) • Help shape the playbook the rest of the team will run

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated closing experience and a track record of hitting targets • Comfortable closing over phone/video and asking for payment on the call • Strong, fast communicator who builds trust quickly • Self-motivated and energized by a performance-based comp plan • Must reside in the United States • Must be 18 years of age or older • Bonus: experience selling to small-business owners; SMB SaaS or local marketing/advertising background
