• Monitor research, news, programs and initiatives, labor market and workforce data; provide analysis and advice. • Conduct research, literature reviews or environmental scans to inform strategy. • Lead knowledge mobilization efforts by identifying effective ways to disseminate information for various audiences. • Maintain a cross-country learning agenda and manage a knowledge base.
• Bachelor’s degree or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field. • 3-7 years relevant work experience with preference for experience in workforce development, immigration, refugee resettlement or economic development. • At least 2-4 years relevant hands-on research or knowledge management experience. • Lived and/or learned insight into the opportunities and challenges experienced by immigrant and refugee communities. • Demonstrated experience coordinating and working across matrixed teams. • Strong strategic judgment and ability to manage tradeoffs. • Exceptional writing and editing skills; ability to convey complex information to stakeholders in compelling formats.
