• Monitor research on labor market data and employer practices • Conduct literature reviews and environmental scans to inform strategy • Lead knowledge mobilization efforts and create informative briefs • Maintain a cross-country learning agenda and manage knowledge bases • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and support strategy implementation
• Bachelor’s degree or acceptable equivalent in relevant field • 3-7 years relevant work experience, preferably in workforce development, immigration, refugee resettlement, or economic development • 2-4 years hands-on research or knowledge management experience • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint • Experience using shared systems and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com) is desired • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Lived or learned insight into immigrant and refugee communities
