📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organizational goals • Facilitate user adoption • Drive process improvements across technology projects, investment banking, and supply chain operations • Support various critical business initiatives • Apply business analysis expertise across different domains

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related field • Strong understanding of project management principles • Experience with requirements gathering and documentation • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools like Power BI • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Preferred: Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) • Preferred: Familiarity with investment banking operations • Preferred: Knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications • Preferred: Experience with UX research methodologies • Preferred: Understanding of supply chain processes
