📋 Description

• Manage and maintain IT systems • Provide technical support • Ensure the security and performance of cloud and on-premises environments • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable IT services • Support critical business operations • Perform Windows administration, cloud services management, and technical support

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration or IT support • Proficiency in Windows Server and Active Directory management • Experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure • Strong troubleshooting skills in a Microsoft environment • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation • Experience with backup solutions like Veritas NetBackup • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service desk operations • US citizenship or valid work authorization • TS/SCI clearance required for certain roles • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune • Preferred: Knowledge of scripting for automation • Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish • Preferred: Experience in a multi-platform environment (Windows and macOS)
