• Ensure the reliability and performance of products through rigorous testing and analysis • Develop and implement reliability test plans • Conduct root cause analysis • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality • Work on innovative projects
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering or related field • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering • Knowledge of RAMS, Weibull analysis, and reliability testing methodologies • Experience with test automation tools and data analysis software (e.g., Reliasoft, Minitab) • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Experience in environmental testing (preferred) • Familiarity with life test and MTBF/MTTR calculations (preferred) • Knowledge of fixture design (preferred)
