📋 Description
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring alignment with business objectives • Facilitate Agile ceremonies • Coach teams on Agile practices • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders • Lead projects across various domains • Manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in project management or related roles • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework • Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and MS Project • PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred • Experience in IT or technology projects preferred • Familiarity with cloud technologies and data management preferred • Willingness to travel within the United States
