• Lead various initiatives across healthcare, IT, and other sectors • Manage project lifecycles • Facilitate Agile ceremonies • Ensure effective communication between stakeholders • Drive project milestones • Manage project risks • Foster team collaboration in a remote environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management or related roles • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience • PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred • Experience in healthcare or IT project management preferred • Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems preferred • Experience with M365 or cloud migration projects preferred
