📋 Description

• Set and communicate product vision and roadmap • Own the product backlog, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and refine work • Prioritize scope, budget, timeframe, customer value, goals, and defect resolution • Plan product releases and schedule benchmarks and upgrades around customer approval processes • Lead and coach Scrum teams toward self-organization and cross-functionality • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Identify and remove impediments to sprint and release goals • Coach development teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices • Serve as primary contact between delivery teams and stakeholders • Track and report progress, velocity, and other relevant metrics • Contribute to scaling Agile practices across the program • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and follow-through on agreed actions • Lead delivery teams across infrastructure modernization, data engineering, and application development • Collaborate with PMO peers and leadership on status, issues, risks, decisions, and change requests • Work regularly with customer stakeholders from engineers and technical project managers to executives • Participate in onboarding, compliance training, learning assignments, and meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Located in the United States and authorized to work there for the full duration of the engagement • Bachelor's degree in a related field • SAFe experience, including certification and application across at least two or three programs • Thorough grasp of Agile principles, values, and the Scrum framework • Proven ability to facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies and manage a product backlog • Previous Product Owner experience across all stages of the product life cycle • Ability to set and communicate product vision and translate stakeholder needs into user stories and acceptance criteria • Experience identifying and removing impediments to team progress • Strong coaching and mentoring skills • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills • Experience working with cross-functional teams • At least seven years of experience in a technical, engineering, or software development environment • At least three years managing IT deployment projects • Experience managing a team of engineers • Experience delivering in large or complex enterprise environments • Comfort working within governance, compliance, and approval processes • Strong organizational, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Smartsheet • Positive approach to change and ability to adapt • IT consulting experience • Project management certification such as PMP • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) • Experience delivering and managing projects on Google Cloud or another major public cloud • Business systems analysis certification or experience • Experience with Kanban or Lean • Experience scaling Agile with LeSS or Nexus • Experience leading distributed teams • Experience running training sessions and workshops
