📋 Description

• Guide a team and organization using Agile/Scrum best practices, methodologies and values • Assess Scrum maturity and coach the team and organization to higher levels of maturity • Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments • Facilitate completion of work assignments, team discussions, decision-making, team building, and conflict resolution • Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information • Support product managers to maximize ROI and meet organizational objectives • Support and educate the Product Owner, including grooming and maintaining the product backlog • Engage in agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and other agile methodologies • Provide servant leadership and lead by example

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of Scrum Master experience • Scrum Master Certification • Experience with Change Management • Preferred: Identifying and building Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure program Performance • Preferred: Experience with agile tracking tools (JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, etc.) • Preferred: Creating and maintaining product timelines, status reports, communication plans, and other product management related documentation
