• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies • Coach team members on Agile principles • Manage impediments to ensure successful sprint execution • Support Agile delivery for various organizations • Help teams improve their processes • Support delivery of high-quality results
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices • Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously • Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, etc.) is a plus • Willing to relocate: Yes • Open to travel within the United States: Yes • Work authorization required
