• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies • Coach team members on Agile principles • Manage impediments to ensure successful sprint execution • Support Agile delivery for various organizations • Help teams improve their processes • Help teams deliver high-quality results

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices • Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage team dynamics • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Experience with Agile project management tools • Ability to coach teams on Agile methodologies • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred • Experience in the financial services or technology sectors preferred • Familiarity with scaling Agile frameworks preferred • Must be open to travel within the United States • Work authorization required
