📋 Description

• Research invoicing discrepancies for the commercial business line • Use Salesforce data and partner invoices to determine discrepancy origins • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate discrepancies and update Salesforce or discuss issues with partners • Log invoice discrepancies • Analyze discrepancy logs to identify patterns • Create and update SOPs and propose operational solutions to leadership • Document discrepancies and remediate issues efficiently with field service partners

🎯 Requirements

• Consultant mindset and problem-solving approach • Experience in solar and invoicing • 2+ years of solar experience involving technical troubleshooting • 2+ years of invoicing experience • Salesforce CRM experience is a plus • Invoicing experience in a large, regulated environment is a plus • Commercial solar experience is a plus • Unable to provide sponsorship now or in the future
