📋 Description

• Design, configure, and administer enterprise Zscaler environments across ZIA, ZPA, Workloads, and ZDX • Build, maintain, and continuously optimize security, access, and traffic policies • Manage disaster recovery for ZIA and ZPA, identifying failure points proactively • Serve as the senior technical point of contact • Translate complex issues into clear answers for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Collaborate with networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Zscaler engineering experience — recent, active, and deep • Strong, demonstrable work across ZIA, ZPA, Zscaler for Workloads, and ZDX • Proven ZIA/ZPA disaster recovery experience • Current Zscaler certification • Confidence troubleshooting complex enterprise networking and security issues independently • Communication skills to serve as a calm, credible voice with clients and colleagues • Flexibility to cover Eastern and Central US time zones • Nice to have: Zscaler Digital Transformation Engineer certification • Nice to have: Experience with Zscaler Branch Connectors • Nice to have: Experience in large enterprise Zscaler deployments
