📋 Description

• Support the design, build, and testing of Oracle HCM Cloud integrations • Serve as the primary technical resource for one or more interface workstreams, including Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, and Core HR • Produce detailed technical design documentation • Configure integration tools including OIC, HDL, and HCM Extracts • Mentor junior team members • Drive technical defect resolution through SIT/UAT • Map functional requirements to interface specifications with end-to-end traceability • Support delivery for government and public sector clients in a regulated, client-facing environment

🎯 Requirements

• Five to seven years of Oracle HCM Cloud technical/integration experience • Multiple full-lifecycle implementations; government or public sector experience preferred • Strong hands-on experience with OIC, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, and REST/SOAP web services • Experience owning integration technical design documentation and mapping functional requirements to interface specifications with end-to-end traceability • Proficiency with Fast Formulas and BI Publisher/OTBI-based data extracts • Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical defects during SIT and UAT • Working knowledge of integration security, including OAuth, SSL/TLS, and certificates • Knowledge of SFTP and file transfer protocols • Ability to mentor junior consultants/analysts and communicate technical concepts clearly to functional stakeholders and clients • Strong consulting skills • Government contracting experience • Ability to support delivery in a regulated, client-facing environment • Ability to travel up to 10% • U.S. Citizen • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security check
