📋 Description

• Provide additional capacity across compensation programs, recurring processes, and priority projects • Support annual compensation processes, including merit, promotion, and equity cycles, from planning through completion • Validate compensation data, maintain accurate models, and prepare analyses, reports, and recommendations • Coordinate new-hire, promotion, and internal-move equity awards with Finance, Legal, Accounting, and relevant People teams • Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, job evaluation, and internal equity analyses • Provide compensation guidance to HR Business Partners and business leaders • Support process improvement, pay equity analysis, program documentation, and development of tools and templates • Handle sensitive employee and compensation information with care and discretion • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, consistency, and quality • Collaborate cross-functionally and report to the Senior Director, Total Rewards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of compensation experience, ideally in a fast-growing or global organization or a consulting firm • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and develop evidence-based recommendations • Confident use of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling • Experience managing compensation processes or projects from planning through implementation • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly in writing and conversation • Ability to build effective relationships with HR Business Partners and business leaders • Strong organization, attention to detail, independent judgment, and follow-through when managing changing priorities • Must already be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada; 1Password will not offer work authorization, relocation assistance, or visa sponsorship/transferring • Experience with compensation surveys, market data, equity administration platforms, international compensation, executive compensation, or pay equity is a plus • Successful applicants must complete a background check
