📋 Description

• Serve as named technical lead on board/executive compensation for public pension and retirement systems • Conduct annual total-compensation reviews for board direct reports, including base and performance pay • Design and assess performance-pay and incentive plans • Conduct target-market reviews and independent market studies • Prepare board-ready reports and presentations for Boards of Trustees • Attend occasional on-site board meetings • Provide proposal past-performance support under AlphaGov • Maintain independence and avoid conflicts of interest

🎯 Requirements

• ≥5 years compensation analysis for financial, investment, or pension-fund industries • ≥5 years working with Boards of Trustees including presenting compensation benchmarking • ≥5 years executive compensation and incentive strategies for large public-pension / governmental / nonprofit organizations • Available for remote project-based consulting • CCP/CEBS/WorldatWork/SPHR certification preferred • Mercer/Pearl Meyer/WTW/McLagan/Aon board-compensation background preferred • Texas or large pension experience preferred
