📋 Description

• Own direct customers from the first demo through live implementation and go-live • Run demos for mid-market and enterprise HR buyers using platforms such as Bullhorn and Salesforce or direct API integrations • Scope customer needs and investigate customer systems and third-party APIs • Build and present proof-of-concepts for specific customer requests • Configure Onboarded to model customer HR workflows • Collect requirements and design implementation architecture with customers • Manage implementation projects through successful go-live • Translate customer feedback into user stories and product requirements • Advise Product on platform evolution • Use AI agents, iPaaS tooling, Claude Code, Cloudflare, and internal tools to accelerate work and build solutions

🎯 Requirements

• HR tech or close-adjacent experience • Understanding of staffing and high-volume, high-complexity employers • Expertise in HR operations, including E-Verify, I-9, background checks, credentialing, and payroll handoffs • Experience demonstrating software to HR audiences • Strong understanding of APIs and integrations • Experience building integrations between SaaS platforms • Experience with applicant tracking systems and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Bullhorn, or Microsoft Dynamics • Ability to span pre-sales and hands-on implementation • Ability to configure platforms and model customer workflows • Ability to think quickly, respond live, and solve problems creatively under pressure • Ability to articulate how agentic AI is changing business and work • Self-starter who challenges the status quo and operates autonomously
