📋 Description

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities. • Assess clients' mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans. • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment. • Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health counseling.

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold a valid license as a Therapist, Counselor, or be a Masters level provider in the state of Idaho. • Experience in providing therapy and counseling services to individuals with diverse backgrounds and mental health needs. • Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions for various mental health disorders. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards. • Preferred Qualifications: Specialization or experience in a specific population or treatment modality. • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems. • Knowledge of insurance billing processes.
