📋 Description

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles • Apply specific clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Provide evidence-based virtual medical care in concert with patients’ primary care providers • Care for patients across a 24-hours-a-day, 365-days-a-year virtual medical team

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification • Practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in the past 5 years • At least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), or 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in CA, with ability to obtain additional state licenses • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday • Availability for current shifts ranging from 6am–12am PST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Authorization to work in the U.S.
