📋 Description

• Provide best-in-class care for Galileo patients managing complex and chronic illnesses through Galileo’s proprietary app and technology • Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients ages 0–100, including patients with diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and mental health needs • Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based primary care through asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video • Work with a diverse patient population • Solve patient problems efficiently by drawing on resourcefulness and collaborating with team members • Support evening and weekend coverage in four-hour shifts • Work at least two four-hour shifts each weekend in addition to weekday hours

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of advanced clinical experience in complex care, chronic care management, or primary care • Experience with or willingness to learn digital-first healthcare, such as virtual medicine • Interest in innovative care models balancing evidence-based approaches with creative ideas • High comfort using technology and applications to deliver virtual care • Experience with proprietary clinician-patient platform, Google Suite, and Slack • Certified as a Nurse Practitioner • Active state licensure in Texas, with ability to obtain additional state licensures • Fluency in medical Spanish, including verbal and written communication • Availability for evening and weekend coverage • Minimum availability of 14 hours per week, with at least two four-hour weekend shifts
