📋 Description

• Provide virtual psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management • Diagnose and treat patients across a range of mental health conditions • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a secure, remote environment • Build and maintain a steady caseload • Provide care via Array’s HIPAA-compliant telehealth technology

🎯 Requirements

• Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license (PMHNP) in California • Independent practice eligibility; no provisional or supervised licenses • 2+ years of outpatient psychiatric experience since obtaining licensure • Strong comfort and proficiency with telehealth platforms • Private, confidential workspace suitable for virtual care • Legally eligible for employment in the United States • United States residency required • Must be able to practice independently without a collaborating physician
