📋 Description

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning modalities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles • Apply clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual patient care • Provide virtual clinical care in concert with patients’ primary care providers • Care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through a team-based approach

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of Master’s Degree in an accredited physician assistant program (MSPAS) • Maintaining an active NCCPA certification • In the past 5 years, practiced as a Physician Assistant for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in MA with ability to obtain additional state licenses • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday • Ability to work current shifts ranging from 12p-11p PST, 7a-6p PST, and 6a-5p PST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Authorization to work in the U.S.
