📋 Description

• Treat patients through telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning activities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles • Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Provide virtual clinical care in coordination with patients’ primary care providers • Deliver evidence-based care through a team-based approach 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of a master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) • Active NCCPA certification • At least 2 years of Advanced Practitioner experience within the past 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages, or in urgent care or emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages • Currently licensed in DC, MD, VA, or FL, with ability to obtain additional state licenses • For FL: Autonomous APRN status • For VA: Autonomous practice • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday • Ability to work shifts ranging from 6 am–5 pm ET, 11 am–10 pm ET, or 1 pm–12 am ET • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to use technology to deliver high-quality care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
