📋 Description

• Own management and delivery of assigned virtual or in-person event projects and/or focus areas • Plan and organize work using standard processes and procedures to achieve client satisfaction • Manage project timelines and logistical elements • Participate in internal and external meetings and calls with key stakeholders • Develop and distribute communications • Manage the event registration process • Escalate potential client or project issues to management and the account team • Provide project feedback through summary and distribution of project debrief notes • Collaborate with supplier partners and internal support areas • Navigate technology platforms and data-sharing tools • Oversee reporting and accurate data • Maintain financial accountability and manage project budgets • Support day-to-day needs of the Travel and Events team • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent • 3+ years of Event Management experience in meetings, conferences, tradeshows, and incentives • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Proven ability in project management and financial aptitude • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Possible travel for client meetings, site inspections, and/or onsite assigned projects
