📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day administration and enhancement of enterprise applications across Finance, HR, Operations, and Customer Support • Manage system configuration, user access, workflows, issue tracking, and routine system administration • Troubleshoot system and integration issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution • Support system changes through testing, validation, upgrades, and enhancements • Monitor data integrity and assist with reporting and reconciliation • Partner with business users to understand needs and implement system improvements • Maintain process, procedure, and user-guide documentation • Ensure alignment with security, compliance, audit, and change management requirements • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues and escalate as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, systems administration, or business systems operations • Experience with ERP systems; Workday HCM and FIN modules preferred • Experience with CRM platforms; HubSpot preferred • Strong system configuration, testing, and documentation skills • Ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions across technical and business teams • Understanding of enterprise systems, business workflows, and data management practices • Knowledge of data governance, system security, and role-based access controls • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience translating business needs into system solutions • Proven experience leveraging automation and AI to improve efficiency and reporting
