📋 Description

• Drive sales in the assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives • Engage customers both face to face and virtually • Develop and implement business and territory call plans and live/virtual engagement strategies • Build rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments • Use digital tools and internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities • Leverage approved product and disease-state information and patient resources compliantly • Identify barriers and drivers across Public Health, Private Market, Retail, and other relevant channels • Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management, and other cross-functional colleagues to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives • Complete administrative responsibilities, including customer call entries, expense submissions, and responses to sales leadership and internal partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, or an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales/promotional activity, small business ownership or entrepreneurship, marketing, customer service/account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, education, or full-time military experience • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory • Must reside within the territory boundaries • Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record compliant with company standards • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired-driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies hiring • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical-related marketing preferred • Prior vaccines experience strongly preferred • Strong sales or marketing track record, territory management skills, communication skills, teamwork, leadership ability, and accountability • Experience with the Vaccines therapeutic area and products preferred • Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets preferred • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer and have permanent U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is unavailable
