📋 Description
• Complete accurate and timely coverage, liability, damage investigations, analysis and evaluations on complex casualty and environmental claims • Make coverage determinations and draft written coverage positions • Investigate, analyze, evaluate, document, manage, report and execute strategies for claims resolution • Set and manage reserves and proactively manage litigation
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS College Degree required • JD preferred • 3 to 5 years related work experience, preferably handling general liability and/or environmental clean-up claims • Excellent verbal and writing skills • Solid coverage analysis and drafting experience • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships
